About TUHF Since its inception in 2003, TUHF Holding (Pty) Limited (TUHF) has played an important role as impact investor and financier, offering long-term debt finance, bridging finance and equity funding, to entrepreneurs operating in the South African residential property sector. TUHF has grown its loan book from ZAR 2.5 million (USD 388,000) in 2004 to ZAR 3.5 billion (USD 240 million) in 2019 (a thousand-fold increase in fifteen years in rand terms). TUHF’s operational processes were supported by the standard Sage 300 product, a standalone microfinance application and the use of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for its Financial transactions. Engagement with Astech in 2006 provided TUHF with the ability to customize its Sage CRM product to efficiently manage its complex workflow processes. This was supported by the development and integration of the Loan Management Solution which provides seamless interaction between the origination and approvals of loans and the support and administration of its customers thereafter.
